Salary: $3000/month

Job Description: We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner with a general medicine background. Right now, we need someone to round on our patients at the outpatient Dialysis center on Laurel St. twice weekly. Our patients, although complex, are primarily self care and managed medically by our four physician team. Our Nurse Practitioner conducts health maintenance rounds, assessing general well being, prescription refill needs, and basic dialysis prescription in collaboration with the medical and nursing team. ANP visits are brief and documentation is minimal. This schedule is quite flexible, and there is no call, no weekends, no holidays. There is also opportunity to job share with our current Nurse Practitioner. We estimate ~ 4-6 hours per work day. We contract these services with our NP for $3000 per month.
